Privacy policy
Last updated October 12, 2026
This page explains what Heritage House Art collects through this website and what we do with it. If you have a question, email heritagehouseartco@gmail.com.
The contact form
When you send a message through the form, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, how you heard about us if you choose to say, and your message. We use them only to answer you and to work on your order. The message is stored by the company that runs this website and emailed to us.
Orders
Orders and payments go through PayPal, which handles your payment details under its own privacy notice. We receive your order details and anything you send us for your print, like a photo or the address of a home, and use them only to make and send your print.
Visitor statistics
We count visits to see how the site is used, with privacy-friendly statistics:
- No cookies, and nothing that follows you to other websites.
- Your IP address is not stored. It is looked up once per visit with a location service to get the city and region, then discarded. We see the page you visited, that city and region, the kind of device and browser, and how you found the site.
- If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, your visit is not counted at all.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies.
Who else sees it
We never sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the services that run this website and process orders (our website provider, its hosting, email delivery and location lookup, and PayPal), or when the law requires it. Our website is built and hosted by KeyChange Technologies, which stores contact form messages and visitor statistics for us.
Your choices
To see what we have from you, or to ask us to delete it, email heritagehouseartco@gmail.com.
Children
This website is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
